Poker Disconnection Policy

When playing at the Juicy Stakes poker tables, or any online poker room, you are connecting to the room via the World Wide Web making your connection key to an enjoyment game. For this reason, we highly suggest a higher speed internet connection to optimize your online gaming experience.

If you become disconnected from the Juicy Stakes Poker server and fail to respond within 25 seconds when it is your turn to act in ANY real money and tournament games, your hand will be set to Fold to Any Bet (this will cause you to check if the action is checked to you or fold if there is action to you). In a multi-table tournament, you'll be given more time to reconnect. When your 25 seconds expires, your 60 second Extra Time bank will engage if you have money invested in the pot. At expiry of time in the Extra Time bank, you will be posted folded, except in the case of the final table at which players will be given up to 240 seconds to re-establish connection prior to being folded. You will continue to post and fold until you are re-connected or eliminated from the tournament (whichever comes first).

Casino Disconnection Policies

Unfortunately, disconnections may occur during game play due to problems with the Internet. Our casino software is designed to handle such incidents. The following Disconnection Policy applies to players using our Casino Software.

BlackJack/ BlackJack Surrender

If the connection is terminated after placing a bet but before pressing ‘Deal’ button the bet will be returned. If you press ‘Stand’ button, ‘Double’ button or ‘Fold’ button and the connection is terminated the play will continue on the server. After you reconnect, use the My Account Betting History to see the result of the missed game. In any other case when the connection is terminated, you should reconnect and choose Blackjack game in the lobby, and the game will be restored * **.

Baccarat

If the connection is terminated after placing a bet but before pressing ‘Deal’ button the bet will be returned. If you press ‘Deal’ button and the connection is terminated the play will continue on the server. After you reconnect use the My Account Betting History to see the result of the missed game.

Craps

If the connection is terminated after placing a bet but before pressing ‘Roll’ button you should reconnect and choose Craps game in the lobby, and the game will be restored. If you press ‘Roll’ button and the connection is terminated the play will continue on the server. After you reconnect, use the My Account Betting History to see the result of the missed game. If the result wasn’t a Seven Out, choose Craps game in the lobby and the game will be restored* **.

Keno

If the connection is terminated after placing a bet but before pressing ‘Play’ button the bet will be returned. If you press ‘Play’ button and the connection is terminated the play will continue on the server. After you reconnect, use the My Account Betting History to see the result of the missed game.

Pai Gow Poker

If the connection is terminated after placing a bet but before pressing the ‘Deal’ button, the bet will be returned. If you press either ‘House Way’ or ‘Done’ button and the connection is terminated the play will continue on the server. After you reconnect, use the My Account Betting History to see the result of the missed game. In any other case when the connection is terminated, you should reconnect and choose Paigow Poker game in the lobby and the game will be restored * **.

American Roulette/ European Roulette/ Roulette PRO

If the connection is terminated after placing a bet but before pressing ‘Spin’ button, the bet will be returned. If you press ‘Spin’ button and the connection is terminated the play will continue on the server. After you reconnect, use the My Account Betting History to see the result of the missed game.

Slot Machines

If the connection is terminated after placing a bet but before pressing ‘Spin’ button or ‘Bet Max’ button the bet will be returned. If you press ‘Spin’ button, ‘Bet Max’ button and the connection is terminated the play will continue on the server. Video Poker

If the connection is terminated after you have submitted your bets, the play will continue on the server. After you reconnect, you can either use the My Account Betting History to see the result of the missed game, or use ‘History’ option in the game to see your bet and play outcome.

Bonus Cards

If the connection is terminated after you have submitted your bets, you need to re-establish connection, choose Bonus Cards game and it will be restored from the place prior to disconnection. If the connection is terminated after you have chosen a card, you need to re-login and if the chosen card resulted in game loss a new game will be loaded, if the chosen card resulted in game win you can continue playing from the point prior to disconnection.

Derby/ Greyhounds Park

If the connection is terminated after you have submitted your bets, you need to re-establish connection, choose proper game and it will be restored with all the bets submitted. If the connection is terminated after you have clicked ‘View Strike’ button, the game will continue on the server. After you reconnect, you can use either My Account Betting History or re-login to the game and see your ‘Bet Slip’ to see the result of the missed game.

If the connection is terminated after you have confirmed your bets, you need to re-establish connection, choose Instant Lotto game and it will be restored with all the bets confirmed. If the connection is terminated after you have clicked ‘Submit Bets’ button, the game will continue on the server, but after you re-connect you will see the result of the game.

If the connection is terminated after you have clicked ‘Play’ button, the game will continue on the server. After you reconnect, use the My Account Betting History to see the result of the missed game.

If the connection is terminated after you have clicked ‘Spin’ button, the play will continue on the server. After you reconnect, you can either use the My Account Betting History to see the result of the missed game, or use ‘History’ option in the game to see the play outcome.

Pokerbet

If the connection is terminated at any point of the game, you need to re-establish Internet connection, choose Pokerbet game and it will be restored at the moment prior to disconnection. If the connection is terminated during cards drawing the game will be restored at the point where cards are drawn and the result can be seen right away.

Potshot/ Soccer Shot

If the connection is terminated after you have confirmed the purchase of pucks/balls by clicking ‘Play’ button, you need to re-establish connection, choose Potshot or Soccer Shot game and it will be restored with all the pucks/balls purchased. If the connection is terminated after you have shot pucks/balls, the game will be restored with all the pucks/balls kept in the clip. Those pucks/balls, which haven’t reached the gates or the lower field border, will be returned to the clip.

Rollup

If the connection is terminated after you have confirmed your bet and clicked ‘Play’ button, you need to re-establish connection, choose Rollup game and it will be restored with the bet confirmed. If the connection is terminated after you have submitted any ‘Hi-Lo’ ‘Odd-Even’ bets, after you re-connect the game will be restored and either continue in case your bet wins or new game will start in case your bet loses.
